In collaboration with Riding High, we are releasing "WARM UP" in new colorways. This time, in addition to grape and black, seaweed has been adopted, offering easy-to-wear color options.The material used is 100% US cotton-blend open-end yarn. It is knitted with 14-count face yarn, 20-count middle yarn (right twist), and 10-count back yarn. The knitting machine parts were modified to increase the tension of the back yarn. The knitting machine uses our original 12G, and it is manufactured with a special needle developed with knitters. The American-style brushing machine reproduces the unique brushed fleece of vintage items. Furthermore, a degreasing process was applied to faithfully reproduce the dry fabric texture, stiffness, and surface knit.The side panels feature vintage-spec flat seams. To beautifully sew the degreased, stiff fabric, we collaborated with a skilled factory. We have reproduced rare colors that were highly regarded in the 90s, offering them in a way that is easy to incorporate into modern styles. Sizes are available in M, L, XL, and a roomy size 50, making for four size options. Please try "WARM UP," which pursues modern wearability while inheriting vintage value.
