Returns, defective items and cancellations: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email or telephone within 3 days of receiving it.
An exchange is possible only if the item is unused and all tags and labels are still attached.
Return shipping costs and any charges arising from an exchange or refund are the customer's responsibility.
Please note that vintage items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
If an item is damaged in transit, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will cover the return shipping.
Please note that, under Japanese mail-order rules, we cannot accept returns for reasons of personal preference — ordering the wrong item, or the item not matching the impression you had. The cooling-off period does not apply to mail-order purchases.
For washed or specially treated garments, the degree of shrinkage and the intensity of the treatment vary from piece to piece, so actual measurements may differ slightly from those listed. Please bear this in mind before ordering.
Items special-ordered at a customer's request cannot be returned except in the case of a defect or damage.
Deposits paid on reserved items are non-refundable where the cancellation is for reasons on the customer's side, such as being unable to pay the balance.
Where an item is returned, any refund will be issued after deducting the costs associated with the refund, such as shipping and bank transfer fees, from the price of the goods.
[Returns and cancellations on international orders]
For orders shipped outside Japan, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused, customs duties or import taxes were left unpaid, the recipient was absent over a long period, the address was incomplete, or for any other reason on the customer's side, the following costs will be deducted from any refund:
• Outbound shipping
• Return shipping
• Customs duties, import taxes and related charges
• Payment processing fees
• Any other costs actually incurred
Where a refund is due, we will process it after the returned item has reached us and its condition has been checked.
Please note that shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and associated fees are not refundable.
By placing an order from outside Japan, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
