Q.Can I return or exchange products?
A. We only accept returns and exchanges in cases where the size, color, damage, or stains are the result of our own volition, so please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer volition. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- If you do not contact us within 7 days after the product arrives
- If the product packaging (bag, case) is lost or damaged
- For products with detached product tags and labels
- In the case of a product that has been used once
- In the case of a product that has been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession
- For lottery sales, made-to-order products, and sale/outlet items

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Payment Questions
Q.What are the payment methods?
A. You can choose to pay by credit card or cash on delivery. Please note that we cannot accept debit cards.
(1) Credit cards
・You can use VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express cards. ・You can choose to pay in full the following month, in installments (3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 installments), or revolving payments. ・The maximum amount you can spend on a single purchase is 1 yen.
・We will cover the fees for card payments.
・When making credit card payments, we use encryption technology (SSL) to provide a more secure environment as a service. However, we do not guarantee its safety, and we cannot be held responsible for any accidents such as data leaks. Please note this in advance.
(2) Cash on delivery This is a payment method where you pay the product price in cash directly to the delivery company when you receive the product you ordered. *If you choose cash on delivery, the following cash on delivery fee will be charged separately. Cash on delivery fee: 330 yen (tax included)
(3) PayPal - You can use PayPal for international orders. Please set up a PayPal account in advance.
・This is a payment method exclusively for overseas shipments. You cannot specify the arrival date.

After your order is confirmed, we will send you an invoice via email from PayPal.

Q: Can I specify a delivery date?
A. We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates. However, we do accept requests for specific arrival times. Please select your preferred time slot on the purchase screen.

Q: What is the shipping fee?
A. Domestic shipping is a flat rate of 880 yen nationwide. If the total amount of a single order is 1 yen or more, we will cover the shipping fee. *Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to remote islands and some areas.
Q.How long will it take to deliver the product?
A. After receiving your order, it will usually be delivered within 3 to 4 days (excluding weekends, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, etc.). If you have not received a shipping completion email within 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order, please contact us using the inquiry form.
