Vintage Works Leather Belt 7Hole Garrison Belt 【DH5536】

This is a leather belt from Vintage Works.
The leather used is 37mm wide cowhide bend leather (from the cow's rump) sourced from North America.
With its high fiber density, this high-quality leather is also used for the soles of premium leather shoes. It boasts excellent durability, thickness, and softness.
Each belt is dyed with an uneven finish, resulting in a leather with a strong vintage feel.

The buckle is an original Vintage Works design, crafted from a prototype.
Made of brass with silver plating, the silver will wear off with use, revealing the brass color underneath.
The balance between this original buckle and the bend leather is exquisite!
To ensure no play in the buckle, it is hand-stitched as close as possible. Furthermore, the folded and stitched end is skived diagonally to a mere 0.2-0.3mm, providing an exceptional fit.
The belt and buckle are securely sewn with waxed sinew thread.
The belt holes are tear-drop shaped, characteristic of vintage belts.
As you break it in, you'll enjoy the aging of the bend leather, including changes in color, the softened leather that conforms to your body, and increased ease of use.

This belt is an excellent match for casual styles, including denim, work pants, and trousers.

*For a 7-hole belt, the proper size is when the buckle is fastened at the 3rd or 4th hole from the tip. For a 5-hole belt, the 2nd or 3rd hole is the proper size.
Please note that the leather may stretch by about 2.5cm with wear, so the hole used may shift by one.
