JELADO's classic flannel shirt is back this season with new colors. Available in 4 colors: Chestnut, Indigo, Mojito, and Tomato Red, using specially ordered flannel fabric woven on old-fashioned power looms.
The design features a short length balance and a selvedge gusset. While incorporating classic work shirt details, the silhouette is designed to be easily matched with modern styles.
The fabric is woven by tightly packing thick threads both vertically and horizontally, followed by a very labor-intensive process of napping the back → oil removal treatment. The surface has a dry, crisp texture with the oil removed, while the back has a subtle nap, expressing a natural, worn-in feel.
Furthermore, a strong used-effect process is applied after production, resulting in a finish that allows you to enjoy a well-worn vintage feel right from the start. Based on cotton yarn, some spun yarn is used to achieve both a textured fabric feel and excellent durability. The silhouette features slightly wider shoulders, a tighter body width, and a shorter length.
This design makes it compatible with items such as rider's jackets, flight jackets, and down vests, ensuring a well-balanced look when layered.
