The name "Gurkha" comes from the Nepalese who were incorporated into the British Army after the Anglo-Nepalese War of 1815.
The name comes from the "Gurkhas" of Pearl. They served as an elite unit of the British colonial army.
The uniforms of the Gurkha soldiers who served in the military were made of khaki cotton drill (a twill weave of cotton) at the end of the 19th century.
The Gurkha uniform trousers of this period were straight, straight, and had a slender silhouette.
It was a button-fronted sweatshirt with suspenders, and this was brought to America and became known as the chinopa.
It is said that the design was created by fastening a wide waistband on both sides.
The Zain was introduced to the Gurkha Army as shorts during World War II.
