This tie is based on an olive drab cotton tie issued to the British Army in the 1940s.
The material used is fabric reconstructed from a vintage duck hunter camouflage jacket that was stored in TK GARMENT's warehouse.
Because ties are made by cutting the fabric on the bias (diagonally), the usable fabric area is limited, resulting in a significantly reduced production run compared to the original plan.
This tie combines British-inspired military style with American-inspired duck hunter camouflage, blending these contrasting elements into a single design that complements a wide range of styles, including traditional, military, and Ivy League.
