Mummy Academy Print 6th Man [AB11208]

We have released the first printed version of the "6th Man" series from our BASIC COLLECTION. The body is the same reactive-dyed black as last year, and the print is created using sheet flocking. The design is inspired by team T-shirts made by mummy enthusiasts who love the occult in an archaeological circle, and it is incorporated into a common college-style design. Sheet flocking is used for the print, but by applying a gray print underneath, a gradation of color is created, giving it a more vintage look.
The body design is based on the style seen in 1960s sweatshirts, which lacks a V-gusset (the connection between the sleeves and body), and despite the absence of a front V-neck, it is carefully tailored with double-needle stitching. Furthermore, inspired by vintage items, it has been arranged into a 3/4-sleeve cut-off sweatshirt. The fabric used is 100% cotton loopwheeled fabric, made without napping. The sides of the fabric are seamed, and by slowly and carefully knitting the yarn without applying excessive tension, a natural texture and soft feel are achieved. This sweatshirt fabric is called "30/10 urake," woven with thin 30-count yarn for the outer jersey and thick 10-count yarn for the inner loops. This gives it a moderate thickness and softness, making it a comfortable sweatshirt material to wear throughout the year. The name "6th Man" refers to the role of a substitute player in basketball who performs well, in contrast to the "starters" (starting members). It embodies the idea of a player who always contributes to the team and performs strongly in any situation.
