MELS Pharaoh Jacket [SG13440]

The theme of the 2025 collection is "THE CREAM OF THE CACHE." It means "the finest collection," and over the past year, JELADO has focused on recreating the finest vintage items selected from its treasured collection. The Pharaoh Gang is a gang of delinquents that appears in the 1962 film "American Graffiti," which depicts a day in the life of young Americans. The shawl-collar wool coats worn by the gang later came to be known as "Pharaoh Jackets." The model being developed this time faithfully reproduces a design similar to that worn in the film, and is named after the drive-in in which the film is set. The material is wool.
The double-woven fabric, made from 90% woolen and 10% nylon, is finished with a melton finish, resulting in a thick, sturdy texture. The firmness of the fabric creates a luxurious and tough impression. The lining is quilted to ensure warmth. Additionally, alpaca is used for the pocket fabric for added warmth. The ribbing is plain, just like the vintage version, creating a simple, mature look.
