Made in Hawaii Aloha shirt, made with 100% rayon Fujiette fabric woven in Japan, and sewn in Hawaii.
Fujiette is a plain-weave fabric that uses filament rayon yarn for the warp and spun rayon yarn for the weft.
Compared to regular rayon, it is a thicker fabric with a unique drape.
Discharge printing is used.
Buttons are made from oyster shells.
The pocket patterns are matched, giving it a vintage feel.

Duke Kahanamoku product from the early 1950s.
This design was the first vintage shirt owned by the owner, KC.
He reportedly purchased the original at a shop on Haight Street in San Francisco in 1992.
It is also the first design recreated when Kona Bay Hawaii was founded.
23 years later, it has been reissued with new coloring.
The geometric border pattern of this aloha shirt is favored by connoisseurs.
