JELADO Westcoast Shirt [SG03104]

The theme for 2024 is "SPROUT."
Named after the vintage shop that Representative Goto launched 20 years ago, we will be re-creating and offering vintage items purchased at that time and popular products.
We continue to produce the West Coast Shirt every season, but this time it is tailored from ombre print typewriter fabric.
After dyeing the ground part of the typewriter fabric, which uses 60/- (60/1 warp x 60/1 weft) organic yarn, with surface dye (beige part), the ombre check is printed using rotary printing.
Because the base color is beige, the check appears to have a deep color tone, giving it a vintage look.
The printing is done in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
The base is an open-collar shirt tailored based on the design of a 1950s rayon box shirt.
Compared to 20 years ago, the value of vintage items has increased by about 10 times. The silhouette has been adjusted to not be too slim, prioritizing ease of wear.
