We have released VENTURA with a different color scheme from the BASIC COLLECTION.
It was named after a street in Southern California, a mecca for car clubs.
The value of vintage Pharaoh jackets has skyrocketed, and it is now almost impossible to get a jacquard rib type with a Kempi body. We have reproduced the fabric and design from the individual jackets in our collection, and have made this jacket with a quilted lining to enhance its heat retention so that it can be used for a long time. The outer material is Kempi Melton, which is 82% wool, 9% New York, and 9% rayon. We aimed for a hard touch that is impactful and rarely seen these days, using thick wool as the main material, like that used in carpets. By strongly suppressing the felting and giving it a strong melton finish, we have expressed the feel of the fabric, which is thick but has been drained of oil, as seen in vintage jackets. The rayon raw material used for the Kempi thread was imported from France, and an accent was added as the color Kempi. It was dyed brown, light gray, and charcoal gray, and 3% of each was mixed to give the color depth, so that the Kempi color has a deep color like that of vintage jackets. We have reproduced the navy-based Kempi Melton, which is rare even in vintage jackets. The Kempy part is rayon. This time, it is available in two colors: flake vanilla and eggplant. It is sampled from the PENNEYS Pharaoh from the 2s and is tailored in the same way as the original. It follows the unusual design of a round yoke on the front only. The simple design without side adjusters or slits is reproduced as it is.
