JELADO Ventura [SG73416]

It is named after the streets of Southern California, a mecca for car clubs.
The vintage value of pharaoh jackets has skyrocketed, and it is now almost impossible to find those with kemp fiber bodies and jacquard ribbing.
From our collection of such garments, we have reproduced the fabric and design in their entirety, and for practical long-term use, we have added quilting to the lining for enhanced warmth.
The outer material is kemp melton, composed of W82%, NY9%, and rayon9%.
We primarily used thick wool, similar to what is found in carpets, aiming for a hard texture with an impact rarely seen today.
By applying strong fulling and pressing for a melton finish, we recreated the thick yet oil-free fabric texture of vintage pieces.
We imported rayon raw material from France to use for the kemp yarn, adding an accent as color kemp.
It is dyed in brown, light gray, and charcoal gray, with 3% of each blended to achieve depth in color, thus expressing the deep, vintage-like color of kemp.
We reproduced the 1950s PENNEYS pharaoh jacket.
We adopted the rare design featuring a round yoke only on the front body.
The simple design with no side adjusters or slits has been faithfully reproduced.
