JELADO Venice Jacquard Short 【BL82334】

BLUE LABEL has released VENICE.
We collaborated with knit specialist GYM to create jacquard shorts. They are proposed as a set-up, but the shorts can also be easily worn on their own.

We produced 12G jacquard knit using BCI (THE BETTER COTTON INITIATIVE) cotton. BCI refers to initiatives that consider the environment by reducing water and pesticide use, improving soil, and considering the working conditions of farmers and cotton production workers. Cotton farmers who meet these standards are certified as Better Cotton producers.

A key feature is that it has less fuzz compared to regular cotton, resulting in a cleaner surface and increased luster. The raw cotton used is the highest quality long-staple cotton from India, characterized by its fine fibers and soft texture. The knitting process uses a double jacquard technique to express a pattern from a rare 1950s print shirt, preventing the reverse side threads from snagging, making it comfortable to wear, and giving it a substantial feel due to the increased yarn usage.

These knee-length shorts offer a moderately neat silhouette, making them a versatile piece.
