A multi-colored ribbed Pharaoh jacket that is hard to come by these days.

This time, we have recreated the fabric of a Pharaoh jacket, with a rare wool pique body.

The yarn is made by twisting together nep yarn and kemp yarn in a 1:1 ratio for the warp thread, which is made from strong wool spun domestically and has similar characteristics to British wool, which is resistant to deformation, and three types of yarn are used for the warp thread.

　The peaks (1/6.5, 1/6) are made of a heathered yarn made by twisting two types of yarn together, the valleys are made of 2/2 yarn, and the weft is made of 7/1 thickness yarn mixed with nylon yarn to add strength, to create a ribbed wool pique.

1/6 of the vertical threads are 100% wool, and the other threads contain 10% nylon, so the calculation is 92% wool and 8% nylon.

Like jacquard, it is made with a textured front and back (day and night), and the thread count of the peaks on the front is thicker than the warp threads in the valleys.

The fabric was finished with care not to knead it too much, and it was given a tweed finish at low temperatures with little washing or shrinking, without spending a lot of time on it, to bring out the texture of the material and give it as natural a finish as possible, creating a VINTAGE look.

The lining is patterned rather than quilted, giving this piece a different impression than before.

As the prices of 50s vintage items continue to rise, the Pharaoh jacket is one of the most representative outerwear of this era. It is a versatile piece that can be worn large and over leather, or paired with an open-collar shirt to enjoy the 50s.
