This item was made with custom fabric woven on an old power loom.
This flannel shirt emphasizes a used feel, with a dry, slightly stiff surface that resembles fabric from which oil has been removed, and an inner surface that evokes the impression of worn-in, slightly suppressed napping.
While retaining the essence of good old America, we've made the arms slightly slimmer, the body tighter, and the length a bit shorter than traditional flannel shirts, so that contemporary wearers can enjoy it.
The difference from our other regular-length flannel shirt becomes clear when worn in the right size: compared to the regular-length item, this one has wider shoulders, a narrower body, and slightly longer sleeves.
And the length is a bit shorter, giving it a tighter silhouette.
Since the length is shorter than a normal flannel shirt, it can be styled in a wide range of ways, pairing well with short rider's jackets, flight jackets, deck jackets, denim jackets, down vests, and more.
