This item is made from custom-ordered fabric woven on an old power loom.
We focused on a used feel, with a dry, worn-out texture on the fabric surface and a slightly suppressed napped look on the reverse side, as if it had been worn for a long time.
While retaining the charm of good old America, we've made the arms slightly slimmer, the body width tighter, and the length a little shorter than traditional flannel shirts, so that contemporary wearers can enjoy it.
The difference from the other short-length flannel shirt becomes clear when worn in the right size: the shoulder width is narrower compared to the short-length version.
Also, the length is slightly longer, giving it a silhouette more akin to a work shirt.
Since the length is shorter than a typical work shirt, it's a versatile item that works well for styling with coveralls, down jackets, or down vests.
When worn in the right size, this flannel shirt will help you rediscover the comfort, good silhouette, and warmth of a flannel shirt.
The stitching is primarily cotton thread, but some spun thread is used due to the strong used finish and our desire for the garment to be worn for a long time.
We've made the stitch width finer to enhance the used feel.
