It was made using custom fabric woven on an old power loom.
This flannel shirt is designed to give off a used look, with the surface of the fabric having a dry, oil-free feel, and the back having a worn-in feel with the nap slightly subdued.
While retaining the scent of good old America, we have made the arms slightly thinner, the width tighter, and the length slightly shorter than traditional flannel shirts to make it enjoyable for people of today to wear.
The difference between this and the other type of short-length flannel shirt is clear when you try it on in the right size; the shoulders are narrower than the short-length one.
The length is also slightly longer, giving it a silhouette more similar to that of a work shirt.
The length is shorter than a regular work shirt, making it a great item to pair with coveralls, down jackets, down vests, etc.
When worn in the right size, this flannel shirt will allow you to rediscover its comfort, great silhouette, and warmth.
The sewing is done using cotton thread as a base, and since it has a strong distressed finish and we want it to be worn for a long time, we use some spun yarn in some parts.
We made the stitching narrower to give a stronger used look.
