The name WEST COAST SHIRTS comes from the fact that shirts from the 50s had a "Made in California" tag attached to them. The fabric used this time is a faithful reproduction of the fabric used in the ombre check shirts sold by PENNEYS TOWNCRAFT, ARROW, etc., with a similar color scheme. We intentionally chose a color scheme that is hard to find in vintage pieces. Ombre check has become more popular than before and the market price for vintage items has also increased. The pockets have no flaps. It has a collar stitched in the collar, a boxy silhouette and an open collar, typical of the 50s, giving it the feel of a typical 50s shirt. It has a streamlined silhouette while still maintaining the atmosphere of the 50's, and the arms look slimmer and sharper when worn. The top button is a loop fastener and the buttons are shell buttons. By making the arms narrower, the shirt is finished without the awkward look that is typical of a boxy silhouette, making it a fashionable and stylish shirt that can be worn more casually.
