This short-length flannel shirt is made from a specially ordered fabric woven on an old power loom and has a gusset with selvedge. JELADO's flannel shirts are designed to have a used look, with the surface having a dry, oil-free feel, and the back having a worn-in look with a slightly subdued nap. The same thick thread is sewn tightly both vertically and horizontally, and the product is then sewn together and processed to remove the oil, a time-consuming manufacturing process. This allows for a texture that takes more time than regular flannel shirts to be achieved. The short length design retains the atmosphere of good old America while adapting to modern styles. The arms are slightly thinner, the width is tighter, and the length is slightly shorter. Compared to regular length flannel shirts, the shoulders are wider, the width is narrower, and the arms are longer. The short length is suitable for a wide range of styling and goes well with riders, flight jackets, deck jackets, denim jackets, down vests, etc. The sewing is done using cotton thread as the base, and the product is given a strong distressed finish after production. Some spun yarn is also used, giving it a strong distressed look, and the fabric is sturdy, making it a stylish flannel shirt.
