JELADO Swing Top Custom Navy [SG41435B]

We have created a men's spring jacket that embodies the URBAN OUTSIDERS theme of this season's BASIC COLLECTION.
Swing tops are synonymous with custom embroidery.
This time, while simple, we focused more on craftsmanship, with each piece sewn by a craftsman using handle embroidery.
It is made using a VINTAGE SINGER 114W103 sewing machine manufactured around the 1960s.
The front features a delicate name embroidery, and the "AIR HEADS" embroidery on the back is robustly sewn with 30-count cotton thread.

The embroidery will also age over time as you wear it. The design is based on a 1950s DAN RIVER swing top.
The fabric is 100% heavy cotton twill.
After the product is made, it is dyed with sulfur dye.
Sulfur dyeing allows for an overall faded color, such as fading and puckering during sewing, and the enjoyment of aging after wearing.
The zipper is a "TALON" bell-shaped zipper.
The cuffs are buttoned, and the pockets are designed to prevent items from falling out easily.
It features a simple design similar to vintage pieces, with a balanced length and arm width, resulting in a rugged, masculine silhouette with a touch of rebelliousness.
