JELADO Supreme 55 Denim [JP03301]

This time, Last Resort has produced a special limited edition denim called "Silver Tag".

The warp thread is made of 7.⚫︎ count thread, the same as the black tag, and is a deep indigo thread that has been rope dyed 8 times.

For the weft thread, we use the highest quality cotton with particularly long fiber length, even among the extra-long staple cotton that is the highlight of this product.

The cotton used is Subim cotton, the finest Indian cotton, and even amongst that, we used Subim Gold Supreme, which is considered to be the highest quality cotton, which allows us to achieve an amazing smoothness.

A distinctive feature of Last Resort Denim is that it is based on the results of chemical analysis of vintage denim from that time, and is reproduced using modern technology, even recreating the unique vintage look, such as the roughness of the threads and materials.

In addition, the material has been finished to have the same smooth feel as the original.

To use this special denim, we asked Rebuild in Osaka to sew it and recreate our own 1955 XX denim.

One of Rebuild's specialties is that they source their own natural dyes and hand-dye the sewing thread in-house, so that the thread can be enjoyed as it ages along with the denim.
The orange sewing thread is dyed first yellow and then orange, a time-consuming method that allows you to enjoy the gradual change in color.

In addition, Union Special and Singer sewing machines, which were used to sew the denim of the time, are used to reproduce the sewing specifications and pitch of the time, which made the threads less likely to break.

It has been carefully crafted, with consideration given to the historical background and environment of the time.

The silhouette is wide and typical of the 50s, and can also be worn rolled up.

All products being sold this time are non-washed (rigid).
Shrinkage will occur after washing, so please refer to the dimensions after washing (when using a regular household washing machine).
