We used an even thicker melton than last year.
Made from double-woven melton from Bishu, 90% wool, 10% nylon
It is double woven with a broken twill weave, which makes the weave less visible and gives it a luxurious, vintage feel.
After weaving, the fabric goes through several processing steps, including shrinking, double-sided brushing, and pressing the fabric with a roller to give it a crisp feel (clear finish).
It is a labor-intensive material to produce.
The sleeves are made of cowhide leather which has a soft, moist finish and a textured look, and the lining is made of smooth navy cupra.
As with last year, we have expanded the range of motion to ensure that it is not stressful to wear, but we have created an outerwear silhouette that is suitable for adults.
By using black melton and black leather, we have created a simple varsity jacket that can be worn by adults.
The leather sleeves are made of 1.8 mm cowhide, which has a soft finish that makes it stress-free to move around in.

This year, we again commissioned a handler to customize the items, and a craftsman applied patches and embroidery to each item using a SINGER114K103, a hand-held sewing machine from the 50s assembled in England.
The patches are time-consuming to create, as they are hand-made using a combination of chenille embroidery and chain embroidery.
For full customization, the Wizard's back is hand-embroidered (taking 1 to 4 hours per garment) and a patch is attached.
