JELADO Smoky Joe Camel [AB83409A]

We've taken the popular material from last time and re-released it with a new color scheme. It uses Bishu-produced double-woven melton, a labor-intensive material made from 90% wool and 10% nylon, double-woven in a broken twill pattern to obscure the weave, creating a luxurious and vintage feel. After weaving, it undergoes multiple processing steps, including fulling, double-sided napping, and a clear finish process where the fabric is pressed with rollers to create a crisp texture. The sleeves use cowhide leather that has been treated to be supple and soft, with enhanced grain. Similar to last year, we've increased the range of motion to ensure comfortable wear, yet tailored it into an outerwear piece with a silhouette suitable for adults. By combining beige melton with brown leather, we've created a simpler varsity jacket that adults can wear. The leather sleeves use 1.8mm cowhide, finished softly to ensure no stress on movement.
