Design-wise, it is based on the "BIG YANK" gacha-pocket shirt from the 1930s. The small pocket on the left front features vintage-specific details such as a French seam, making it a detail that will appeal to vintage enthusiasts. The stitching also features triple stitching on the shoulders and arms for durability. The left pocket uses double stitching, just like back in the day, creating a detail that evokes the atmosphere of the time. The buttons are also hexagonal, like those used on old work shirts. Furthermore, the gusset is intentionally a French-seam type, not a selvedge gusset. This is because the original "BIG YANK" from that era had French-seam type gussets, not selvedge gussets, and both types existed in work shirts, chambray shirts, and wool shirts of the time. By using a French seam, the strength of the gusset is further enhanced. The sewing thread is cotton, so when washed and tumble-dried, the thread will shrink, causing strong puckering on the shoulders and arms. The sizing is based on JELADO's original flannel shirt's regular length, but with longer sleeves than the flannel shirt, making it easier to wear and incorporate into outfits. It is a robust and sturdy work shirt with a strong sense of fashion, and while simple, it has a strong presence.
