SMOKERS SHIRTS are made from the ultimate twisted heathered chambray fabric.
The material used this time is a supreme chambray fabric that was created by dismantling VINTAGE Big Yank fabrics made in the 30s and 40s from JELADO's collection in order to create the ultimate twisted heathered chambray, and thoroughly reproducing the characteristics of the fabric, such as the thread count, number of threads per inch, uneven thread shape, and twist state (the warp threads are wall twisted with a combination of two different counts). 
Since it is dyed with sulfide dyes, you can enjoy the unique aging process that is unique to VINTAGE.
Of course, since power looms are used, you can feel the texture of the 30s and 40s.
This time, we have created a fabric that will be irresistible to fans of twisted heathered chambray.
The design is based on the gacha pocket shirts from "BIG YANK" from the 1930s.
The small pocket on the front is a cigarette pocket that reproduces the unique vintage bag stitching.
The shoulders and arms are triple stitched to maintain strength, and the stitches are carefully sewn with fine stitching and wide stitches to retain the atmosphere of the time.
Cotton thread is used for sewing, which means that the threads become tighter when washed or dried in the dryer, creating creases on the shoulders and arms, allowing you to enjoy the look of puckering.
