JELADO Smoker Shirt [JP13103]

JELADO's classic "SMOKERS SHIRTS" has been reimagined in a classic red and navy twisted chambray fabric. By twisting colored yarns with fine white yarns for the warp, we've reproduced a vintage-like texture, creating a deep and rich appearance. The design is based on the 1930s "BIG YANK" asymmetrical pocket shirt. The small pocket on the front features a bag-stitch finish, unique to vintage garments, faithfully reproducing every detail. We've paid close attention to the stitching, using triple stitching on the shoulders and arms for enhanced durability. Additionally, double stitching is used on the pockets, accurately capturing the atmosphere of the era. The buttons are hexagonal, as seen on old work shirts. By incorporating a selvedge gusset, we've reproduced both the bag-stitched gusset and the selvedge gusset styles found in original "BIG YANK" shirts. Furthermore, cotton thread is used for sewing, designed so that the thread tightens with washing and drying, creating fades around the shoulders and arms.
