JELADO Smoker Shirt Indigo Check [JP61133]

The Smoker Shirt (indigo check) is back this season from the JELADO BASIC COLLECTION.
The BASIC COLLECTION, based on JELADO's core concept of "topping" classic items, not only reinterprets vintage designs with new embellishments, designs, and sizing, but also updates previously released JELADO items by selecting appropriate fabrics and secondary materials for each season and making subtle adjustments.

The fabric used is 100% cotton indigo check made from pre-dyed yarn.
It is a check fabric with a firm texture and beautiful colors.

The design is based on a "BIG YANK" chambray shirt with asymmetrical pockets from the 1930s.
The small pocket on the front reproduces the unique bag stitching of vintage items, making it a detail that will appeal to vintage enthusiasts.
The stitching on the shoulders and arms uses triple stitching for enhanced durability.
The pockets, in particular, use double stitching, just like those of the era, to evoke an authentic vintage feel.
The buttons are hexagonal, similar to those used on old work shirts.
The gussets feature selvedge and a chain stitch run-off.
Since the original "BIG YANK" shirts of that time had both selvedge gussets and bag-stitched gussets, we chose the selvedge gusset type to preserve the atmosphere of the period.
Cotton thread is used for sewing.
When washed or tumble-dried, the cotton thread shrinks more, creating a more pronounced puckering effect on the shoulders and arms.
The fit is designed to be sleek, with moderately slim arms for a clean look.
