The "Salem" series, which gained the most support in JELADO's history, has been revived with a new color scheme.
The weaving factory that wove the "Salem Blanket" fabric in 2018 has since closed down.
It was a factory that operated only one jacquard loom.
This made it impossible to produce the blanket fabric, but this season, with the cooperation of various people in the production background, we were able to partner with a new weaving factory that can weave this large native pattern blanket.
This time, we recreated the punch cards (patterns for weaving) from scratch, and while the number of threads per inch could not be exactly the same due to the loom's specifications, we were able to reproduce the same thickness and fabric feel through finishing after weaving.
This season, the fabric is woven in a two-tone color of navy and natural.
The material reproduces the pattern of a very rare black-based native pattern blanket jacket from the 1920s.
A black-based blanket is never seen on the vintage market, so we were able to create this based on extremely valuable资料.

The first release is tailored from Salem blanket fabric, based on a Smoking Coat from before the 1920s.
It features a shawl collar design similar to a sack coat, creating a stylish impression that looks good even with just a single cut-and-sew top.
It's a unique piece that makes you look fashionable.
The edges of the fabric and pocket openings are finished with a narrow herringbone tape, giving it a careful and tasteful finish.
Due to the thickness of the threads used for weaving, folding and sewing a 15mm tape in half required sewing skills that only a highly skilled factory could provide, making this a truly meticulously crafted garment.
The toggles are lustrous rayon, creating a top-quality piece with the same atmosphere as back in the day.
