This shirt is based on a 1940s Boy Scout shirt. It uses 100% cotton 10oz selvedge denim fabric. The buttons are vintage-style nut buttons. It also features gussets at the hem and run-off stitching. Great attention has been paid to the sewing, with stitch pitch, narrow double stitching, and edge stitching unique to vintage garments, as well as the unique collar shape, all perfectly replicated. The fabric is sewn so that the threads become tighter and puckering becomes more prominent with each wash. The fit retains the vintage feel while having a clean silhouette that is easy to pair with both denim and work pants.
