JELADO Pharaoh Jacket Kasuri (Pharaoh Jacket Kasuri) Black [SG63405]

This time, we used a special order Kasuri tweed fabric that has a 50's vibe.
Wool cotton fabric: 76% wool, 21% cotton, 3% nylon.
The fabric is made with a bird's eye weave, called "bird's eye," and a mixture of British wool kemp yarn and slub yarn with neps, giving it the same feel as vintage items of the time. Since the slub yarn is wrapped in cotton, the kemp yarn is also wrapped in cotton to maintain the strength and tension of the yarn, giving it a more solid feel and a more vintage-like finish.
The fabric is shrunk by applying heat and other factors to remove the fuzz, and is given a clear tweed finish without any brushing, giving it a crisp, vintage feel.

The collar, sleeves and pocket openings are ribbed, a rare pattern available at the time, and are knitted using tightly twisted No. 50 double yarn that is 50% wool and 32% acrylic.
We also pay particular attention to pattern weaving, using old-fashioned rib knitting machines to create hand-woven (aligning the threads by hand) patterns, so the balance of the pattern can be adjusted in a way that only experienced craftsmen can do.
The vertical black threads of the single-rib fabric are mixed with red and beige threads, and by stretching the rib and attaching it during sewing, the knitting method creates a border-like effect with the red and beige colors underneath.
The lining is made of wine-colored cupra and the padding is quilted, so it has excellent heat retention.
The front zipper is made by "WALDES".
The inside of the pocket is designed as an acrylic boa hand warmer.
The waist can be adjusted using the button straps on the sides.
