We crafted it using custom-ordered fabric woven on an old power loom.
This flannel shirt emphasizes a used look, with a dry, oil-removed feel on the fabric surface, while the reverse side gives the impression of worn-in, slightly suppressed napping.
To allow modern wearers to enjoy it while retaining the essence of good old America, we've made the arms slightly narrower, the body width tighter, and the length slightly shorter than conventional flannel shirts.
The difference from the other short-length flannel shirt becomes clear when worn in the correct size: the shoulder width is narrower compared to the short-length version.
Also, the length is slightly longer, resulting in a silhouette closer to a work shirt.
Since the length is shorter than a regular work shirt, it's a highly versatile item for styling with coveralls, down jackets, or down vests.
This flannel shirt will allow you to rediscover the comfort, excellent silhouette, and warmth of a flannel shirt when worn in the correct size.
The stitching is primarily cotton thread, but due to the strong used processing and our desire for long-term wear, some spun thread is also used.
We made the stitch width finer to enhance the used feel.
With a strong used feel, sturdy fabric, and a tight fit for a more stylish flannel shirt, this item is perfect for those who haven't been interested in flannel shirts before or have had reservations, allowing them to wear it fashionably.
