We have produced a thermal T-shirt that is thicker, more stretchy, and thus fits the body snugly without stress, providing an absolutely warm and voluminous mega-load.
For the material, while typical heavy-duty thermal fabrics, considered strong and durable, usually use 30-count yarn, we have opted for 10-count thermal fabric.
This is the thickest material available for thermal wear. As you can see, the waffle weave has large, distinct irregularities. This allows for excellent air retention, enhancing heat insulation.
The soft and fluffy texture remains unchanged even after washing, maintaining its stretch and comfort over time. If worn with a snug fit, it can also serve effectively as an inner layer.
The design also ensures there is no excess fabric when viewed from the side, creating a flattering silhouette and preventing bulkiness when layered.
The length is set to be slightly shorter, making it a stylish fit even when worn alone.
The seams are sewn with a three-needle stitch.
