JELADO Mechanic Shirt Custom【JP02106B】　

The MECHANIC SHIRTS, which have been on sale since last year, are different from regular work shirts and are based on the design of the 1950s "OX-HIDE" brand. Specifically, they have taken inspiration from chambray shirts with facings and recreated their design.
For the CUSTOM version, we used a SINGER50K114, a hand-operated sewing machine from the 103s assembled in England, to reproduce the design of our own car club embroidery. The embroidery is made with 100% cotton katan thread, just like the original, and the thread tightens with each wash, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.
The material used is the ultimate twisted heathered chambray fabric offered by JELADO, which has been available since last year. This fabric was made by dismantling a vintage Big Yank from the 30s to 40s that JELADO has collected, and thoroughly reproducing the count, number of threads, uneven yarn shape, and twist state. Since it is dyed with sulfur dyes, you can enjoy the unique aging of vintage items.
The other color is made with black and white heathered warp threads and white weft threads, and is made from a fabric with a white heathered thread. By using a power loom, you can feel the texture of the 30s and 40s. Cotton thread is used for sewing, and when it is washed and dried, the threads become tightly packed, and you can enjoy puckering on the shoulders and arms.
