This is a new MS work shirt we have created.
While it is a MECHANIC SHIRT, unlike our usual work shirts, the design is based on a chambray shirt with a facing from the 1950s "OX-HIDE" brand.
It uses indigo pin check fabric.
The warp threads are rope-dyed indigo, and the weft threads are unbleached slub yarns, creating a fabric with depth.
It is lightweight and has a dry touch.
By using cotton thread for the stitching, the threads will tighten more when washed or tumble-dried, creating puckering on the shoulders and arms, which adds to its appeal.
