We have produced a seamless, tubular knit T-shirt.
This T-shirt features various detailed sewing techniques.
By knitting fine #20 count yarn on a circular knitting machine, you can enjoy its soft feel and stretchiness.
We paid close attention to the sewing, replicating the collar attachment style of HANES in the 1950s.
This unique collar features a binder that is half-folded and sewn to create a neck that was designed to resist stretching, a common problem at the time.
The hem sewing is also a "heaven and earth" stitch, enhancing its vintage feel.
The "Masury Tee" features a print found on vintage aprons.
The off-white print is a discharge print, while the old navy is a rubber print.
The more you wear and wash the discharge print, the more the dye penetrates the fabric, resulting in a print with a distinctive character.
With the rubber print, as you wear it, both the body and the print will fade, thinning and cracking, creating a more vintage-like appearance.
By printing on a body that follows designs from before the 1950s, we've created a highly compatible product.
