Named after a French city, this jacket is a classic take on the French China jacket, which has recently grown in popularity.
Based on vintage pieces made for Chinese immigrants in France in the 1980s, we added the V-stitch pocket design characteristic of 1940s French work jackets and dyed it pitch black with reactive dyes.
While vintage French China jackets are typically made from thin, shirt-like cotton fabric, we opted for a more substantial and luxurious feel, incorporating classic pockets to create a China jacket suitable for adults.
It features a generous, classic silhouette.
This distinctive piece makes a statement when simply worn over a T-shirt.
