BLUE LABEL has released its new GRASSE collection.
This jacket is named after a city in France.
The design is based on the French China jacket, arranged with a more classic feel.
This jacket is inspired by vintage jackets made for Chinese immigrants in France in the 1980s, incorporating the V-stitch pocket design characteristic of 1940s French work jackets.
While vintage French China jackets are made from thin cotton fabric, this item uses 8-wale thick corduroy fabric, piece-dyed and then overprinted with a leopard pattern to emphasize the depth of color.
It offers volume and a sense of luxury, featuring classic pockets. While playful, it's packed with vintage details and characterized by a roomy, classic silhouette. Even just layering it over a T-shirt makes a statement, making it an item that allows for unique styling.
