JELADO × First Arrow's Sitting Bull Special Edition [CB71427S]

We collaborated with First Arrows on "Sitting Bull," the highlight of this collection.
We added special silver cuffs and buckles to our meticulously crafted Chimayo jacket, producing the finest native-style item available in Japan. Please try it out.
The cuff buttons, just like vintage ones, and the patterned buckle are reproduced in 950 (Britannia silver).

The theme for JELADO's 2022 BASIC COLLECTION is "EAST AND WEST," and the item that can be considered its centerpiece is finally complete.
TATANKA is the Indian name of an Indigenous American warrior. This time, we created this item with the same material as the jacket, aiming for it to be the main piece for this spring.
To create Chimayo fabric from before the 1940s, we spent many years visiting fabric merchants and production areas, and the fabric is finally complete.
The composition is 77% wool, 14% cotton, and 9% nylon, reproducing a rough, hand-woven feel while maintaining strength.
Jacquard looms are characterized by their ability to express intricate patterns through weaving. Among them, all-over pattern jacquard looms, which can express patterns across the entire width of the fabric, are rare. They can produce textiles with highly fashionable patterns and designs.
The raw materials used are original yarns that have been carefully selected and blended through spinning.
The finishing process, the final stage of fabric production, was developed specifically for this original material, and in the initial fabric washing stage, it is washed at a lower speed than usual.
We opted for a tweed finish that retains the texture of the yarn without raising the nap, and further applied a resin treatment to give it an elastic feel and rebound when touched, achieving a dry fabric feel and a firm texture.
We faithfully reproduced the blouson-type Chimayo jacket with a front zipper.
The body is made of cotton-wool Chimayo jacquard fabric, with sleeves, collar, and pockets using switching 11W corduroy.
It was produced on a popular black base, which is a rare color in vintage pieces.
To pursue the balance of the pattern, we repeatedly discussed with pattern makers and factories, and designed the blouson considering the best yield.
