As with the last time, it is available in one color, the same as the vintage sample, and this time it has a mouse flocked print on an old navy body. With normal screen printing, multiple pieces can be printed at the same time on one line, but this print is done by hand by experienced craftsmen one by one. Since it is not a mass-production machine, it takes several times longer than usual, and it also takes time to clean before and after work and to set up the equipment, so there is no place where printing can be done using this method.

Flocked printed college items are now so highly valued that they are traded for around 5 yen in vintage markets.

The body is knitted on an old-fashioned Azuma knitting machine with a round body (no side seams). The old Azuma knitting machine is a fleece machine that is characterized by its vintage feel and lightness. This knitting machine is one of the knitting machines from the 70s when loopwheel knitting machines were replaced by more advanced knitting machines, and is a rare knitting machine with few remaining in existence.

Because it is knitted slowly, the number of pieces produced per day is small, and as a result, you can enjoy the same texture as that of a hanging knitting machine, with its uneven surface and fluffy feel.

Regarding raising, if the fabric is open-knit, it can be raised in one work process, but in the case of round raising, the circle is fitted onto a flat surface and raised on all four sides, so the work goes all the way around, which simply takes four times as much work.

The fabric is finished with a pre-brushed finish before dyeing.
The sewing is almost entirely done with two needles in keeping with vintage sewing, but the cuffs are made with circular knit ribbing, and the cuff ribbing is sewn in one go directly from the two needle sewing under the armpits. We have recreated a piece that is difficult to find in vintage clothing that reproduces the sewing of the time exactly.
