Following on from last time, we have created the ultimate flock print sweatshirt, which is also a highlight of this collection. It is finished with electro-flocking print based on vintage color flocking that our company has collected for many years.
Similar to the previous sample vintage, this time we have a single color option, featuring a rat flock print on an old navy body. While regular screen printing allows for multiple pieces to be printed simultaneously on a single line, this print is meticulously hand-applied by skilled artisans, one piece at a time. This method is not a mass-production machine, so it takes several times longer than usual. It also requires extensive time for cleaning before and after the process, as well as equipment setup, making it impossible for other places to achieve this printing method.

Furthermore, flock print college items are highly valued in the vintage market, currently trading for around 50,000 yen.
The body is knitted on an old-fashioned Azuma knitting machine in a tubular knit (without side seams). The Azuma knitting machine, an old-fashioned knitting machine, produces a fleece lining characterized by its vintage-like texture and lightness. This knitting machine is one of those from the 1970s that transitioned from loopwheel knitting machines to innovative knitting machines, and it is a rare knitting machine with few remaining in existence.
