Introducing Ellis from the JELADO BASIC COLLECTION.
The BASIC COLLECTION is rooted in JELADO's core concept of "topping" on good old things. It respects vintage styles while incorporating new decorations, designs, and sizing adjustments. It also updates previously released JELADO items by selecting fabrics and subsidiary materials appropriate for the current season and making minor adjustments.

The "Ellis" shirt is designed to evoke the image of shirts worn by European immigrants when they arrived in America in the 19th century.
It is based on antique, stand-collar workwear.
The fabric is 100% cotton dobby weave, using 40/- warp yarn, 20/2X dobby yarn, and 30/- weft yarn.
This fabric is woven using a two-beam dobby loom at a factory in Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The fabric is soft and comfortable, with a pleasant feel against the skin.
The placket has a wide, rounded design, similar to work shirts.
The stitching is finely done with 50-count thread, aligning with vintage details.
Despite being a work shirt, this "dress-work" item can also be used in elegant styles, making it a versatile piece that can be worn in various ways.
