JELADO Eagle Eye Plain [AB03410A]

The theme for 2024 is "SPROUT." Taking its name from the vintage shop our CEO, Goto, established 20 years ago, we will be reproducing and developing vintage items and popular products that were originally sourced back then.

As part of this collection, items based on button-up varsity jackets from the 1940s and 1950s have been developed. These varsity jackets feature a slightly more relaxed silhouette and have been named "EAGLE EYE," a moniker inspired by famous baseball players of yesteryear.

The body is crafted from a reproduced vintage melton, analyzed and produced in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture. The top yarn is double-woven to increase density, resulting in a very heavy melton. Weighing 900g, it has a substantial and thick finish.

The sleeves are made from 1.8mm thick cowhide, chrome-tanned for durability. This material was chosen for its soft yet substantial feel, allowing for ease of movement.

The buttons are designed to resemble vintage-style baseballs, enhancing the overall aesthetic. While voluminous, this varsity jacket is designed for comfortable wear, not only allowing for stylish looks but also pairing well with classic bottoms like denim and chinos.
