The name "DEAN" comes from the red drizzler jacket worn by James Dean in the 1950s film "Rebel Without a Cause."(Actually it's an anti-freeze jacket) in honor of lifeThis time, we have specially created a color that matches the name.I made it.Instead of the nylon cotton material used in regular drizzlers, this hat uses a high-density woven material called Ventile.This creates a natural sheen that adds freshness, durability and luxury to a classic design.
Ventile is an ultra-high density fabric developed as a waterproof suit for Royal Air Force pilots, designed to protect lives even in cold seas.This material is made from the world's longest cotton fiber and is 100% natural cotton, yet has water repellency.The high weave density and the natural cotton fiber's ability to expand when wet are combined, and the fabric is dyed with a water-repellent treatment.This allows the natural breathability and softness of cotton fabric to be preserved, unlike typical waterproof coatings or laminations.It is possible to ensure water repellency while maintaining a soft touch. Also, unlike artificial materials, it does not rustle when the fabric is rubbed.
You can enjoy the casual feel of natural fibers without any noise.This fabric is woven with ultra-long 40/2 yarn in both the vertical and horizontal directions to its maximum extent.
