JELADO CM47 Baker Pants [CT81313]

Continuing from last fall/winter, the 2023SS collection will continue with the theme of GILT EDGE VINTAGE.
This time, we have based the military pants made of herringbone twill that was adopted by the US ARMY in 47 on the design, but to make them more functional, we have removed the back pocket flaps and waist adjusters to create a simpler style of baker pants.
It is said that the name baker pants came from the fact that they were worn by bakers.
Also known as Fatigue pants, the name literally means "menial work"
It is said that they were worn not only when going to the battlefield but also when working inside the building.
The M-43 pants were adopted as a successor to the M-47 pants. The biggest difference with the 43 pants is that the large cargo pockets on the sides have been eliminated.
Urea buttons are used for the buttons.
The fabric is available in two different types.
One of them is a darker color than the vintage ones from that time.

Made from a firm herringbone twill with warp threads of 14/- and weft threads of 8/-.
The material has a herringbone weave with SZ twist, designed based on VINTAGE, giving it a good twill weave and recreating the atmosphere of the time.
The other is made using a light-weight denim that is often seen in workwear from around the 10s, with a 17-ounce warp count of 10 and a weft count of 50.
By using a grey sulfur-dyed weft thread, you can enjoy the depth of colour and the atmosphere of the aging process of the time.
The slightly thicker silhouette makes this a very versatile pair of pants to coordinate with items other than jeans.
