By intentionally using fine worsted yarn for the warp, the colored woolen yarn of the weft emerges, creating the substantial feel of a native blanket. We meticulously confirmed yarn colors through beaker tests and experimented with color combinations repeatedly to match the atmosphere of patterns from that era, taking two years to assemble the design. To bring out the pattern and texture of the weft, we consulted with a finishing factory and applied a special light milling (light napping) followed by a re-pressing. While blankets with fewer colors, such as two, can achieve a thicker appearance by weaving both warp and weft with woolen yarn, expressing a complex pattern with many colors, as we have done, results in a fabric that requires an immense amount of effort. Based on an A-1 type blouson from the 1930s, we have lavishly used cat's eye shell buttons to create a vintage-like atmosphere. This is a super vintage piece that would fetch an exorbitant price if it ever appeared on the market. Previously, it featured patch pockets, but we have changed the pocket shape to be more faithful to vintage styles. This is a meticulously crafted garment, with careful attention to complex pattern matching and precise, detailed stitching.
