JELADO Ben Lilly Horse Hide Grizzly JKT Horse hide Semi-aniline Finish Black [AG63432]

Named "Ben Lilly," this jacket is named after the famous bear hunter who lived from 1856 to 1936.
Ben Lily hunted bears in such a ferocious manner that it is said he is responsible for half of the surviving bear population in America.
We have re-examined the leather used in the Grizzly Jacket, also known as the Bear Jacket, and revived it using higher quality horsehide.
The material used is a newly developed horsehide approximately 1.6 mm thick, which has been combination tanned (chrome x tannin).
After tanning with chrome, the solvent is washed away and the leather is tanned again with tannin, bringing out the best in the tannin and giving the leather a moderate weightiness and a more comfortable feel when worn.
The base is dyed light brown and then black is applied using a hill dye at a long-established finishing factory in Tokyo.
This time, to produce a stronger black, we finished it with semi-aniline, a mixture of half pigment and half dye.
The dyes that infuse the base with colour and the pigments that form the coating on top match perfectly, resulting in a beautiful aging effect as the garment is worn.
The leather is softer than 100% pigment, and because it is coated with a thin coating, the color of the base will quickly show through once you wear it.
The mouton used this time is from North America and is luxurious with long, high-quality fur.
The color is dyed with an olive paddle, and both the base black and chocolate use olive mouton.
This Kuma Jumper has evolved from the last one in pursuit of the ultimate vintage feel.
Nut buttons are also used to match the atmosphere of the time.
The base is a 1930's LAKELAND Kumajan, with some slight modifications.
The sleeves are now designed with cuffs, and the previous design had a belt and buckle on the front, but by removing the belt and changing it to have an adjuster on the side, it gives a more stylish impression.
By adding eyelets to the pocket openings, we have enhanced the vintage feel of the time.
The silhouette is not too slim and can be worn neatly, but it is an urban grizzly jacket that combines the ruggedness and boldness of a bear jacket with a simple and sturdy construction.
