This is a Black Hills release from the Basic Collection.
With the theme of Urban Outsider, we have reproduced a highly-deteriorating black-based native blanket and tailored it in the same design as the Vanquish.
A rare blanket pattern from the 20s has been faithfully reproduced in Japan, giving it the same atmosphere and voluminous feel as it was back then.
The design of the jacket is based on a Cossack jacket from the 30s, with patterns matched at key points and careful attention paid to the cut to maximize the impact of the pattern.
The buttons are vintage nut buttons.
Engraved nickel buckles are used on both sides of the waist to bring it closer to the atmosphere of the time.
While retaining the distinctive details of the 30s, the silhouette has been designed to give a classic feel when worn.
"Black Hills" is the English translation of the Lakota word "PAHA SAPA," which refers to a sacred place that they worshiped as the home of spirits.
