The third collaboration with A.G. Spalding & Bros. Inspired by valuable archives of the historic brand, JELADO introduces a collection that blends vintage elements with its unique interpretation.
This collection features the debut of "BALBOA," the first bottom wear. This item is a sideline hoodie characterized by pockets shaped like boxing gloves, the brand icon of Spalding (designed based on 1930s archives). Additionally, sweatpants made from the same material were produced for this collection, designed to be a set with "ROCKY," released in the first collaboration. The front features the brand icon glove pocket, making it a striking piece.
This product's design does not exist in the archives, but it was created by retaining distinctive details and imagining what Rocky might have actually used for training. You can enjoy the Rocky Balboa vibe with the top and bottom set.
The fabric used is 18oz loopwheeled brushed back material, replicating the vintage heathered look. Original heathered yarn is used to express a vintage texture. A new navy color is also available. By focusing on the brushed feel of circular knitting and sewing with cotton thread even for loopwheeled fabric,
we are committed to quality that brings out the vintage atmosphere even in thick loopwheeled fabric. The silhouette is clean and features a tapered fit with elastic at the hem.
