JELADO Age of Longing 407EXX Vintage Finish [JP01407EXX] <direct store exclusive model></direct>

This time, we have prepared the 407EXX VINTAGE FINISH as a product exclusive to our directly managed stores.
Instead of the bold sleeve creases (hige), pockets, and yoke areas that typically develop when a one-wash item is worn heavily, we aimed for a natural fade that develops over time, as often seen in vintage items. We applied processing to achieve this.
The base for this product is a vintage item that served as the original model for our 407EXX, which we own. While reproducing its natural fading and wear, we finished the color slightly darker. This allows for a balanced look that will be completed through repeated wear.
In terms of the processing steps, light creases and wear were created by shaving and paper rubbing, then a one-wash (OW) was applied. Pinning was used to emphasize areas where we wanted to highlight wear. This was followed by a bio-wash, and then a refining wash. This process includes a light bleaching step that prevents dye transfer from the fabric while creating a clean surface.
After making the rubbed areas appear slightly white, a grinder was used to emphasize the shading. Furthermore, "hypochlorite rubbing" using sodium hypochlorite was applied by hand to reproduce a more realistic worn look. On top of that, a gray-beige dye was added to areas where puckering and wear were too strong, adding a step to express a dirty texture similar to vintage items.
To achieve a realistic vintage feel, we went through many steps to pursue the perfect color and atmosphere.
