[18th Anniversary Item] JELADO Age of Longing 406EXX Size 36(S)~40(L) [JP82406EXX]

We are releasing the 406EXX as a special item to commemorate our 18th anniversary.

When JELADO developed LASTRESORTDENIM, we released the 406XX.

This time, we are releasing the 507XX, the first second model with a single-sided tab, which Levi's released in 1952 and was only produced for one year.

Levi's replaced the long-standing classic 506XX with the 507XX, a new classic with symmetrical pockets, a change in cuff button placement, and the abolition of the buckle back, undergoing a complete model change.

While the appearance changed, some sewing procedures and specifications were carried over, and materials like single-sided tabs were used, implying that materials from the 1940s were still being used. Inspired by this, we created a special 406XX using black-tag LASTRESORTDENIM.

We reviewed the pattern and adjusted the pocket and collar sizes to match the vintage model we targeted, while keeping the basic dimensions the same.

Since the sleeves of the targeted vintage model had "rainbow" stitching, we reproduced it with two-color double stitching.

The special aspect of this item lies in its attention to detail in the accessories.

First, we re-examined the button design and created new iron buttons.

The most distinctive feature of this product is the sewing thread.

As we sought fabric realism and approached the dimensions and stitching of vintage items, we wanted to be more particular about the color and faded appearance of the sewing thread.

Therefore, this time, we used sewing thread specially dyed with sulfur dyes. Since sulfur dyes are difficult to match, we made an unreasonable request to the dyeing factory to dye a small amount for us. Consequently, production is limited to 300 pieces.

This is a special denim jacket packed with differences from the white-tag 406XX in terms of fading, sewing specifications, patterns, and even accessories.
